Nintendo president admits Switch was underpowered

For the past couple of years, fans have been eagerly awaiting the Nintendo Switch 2. The handheld console will finally become a reality in 2025, and it will offer a significant performance improvement over its predecessor, just like fans wanted.

Now, even Nintendo's president has admitted that the Switch isn't powerful enough and its hardware can't handle modern games, hence the need for a successor.

Chinese technology corporation Baidu Inc. has announced plans to test and introduce the Apollo Go unmanned taxi service in the markets of Europe and Turkey. This decision is in line with the general strategy of Chinese companies actively developing autonomous transport technologies outside their country.

Russian ‘Public services’ asked users to change their Google mail to any other mail

Russian users of the ‘Gosuslugi’ portal have started receiving alerts asking them to change the Gmail mail tied to their account to any other,reported Russian Media.

"You use the mail @gmail.com to access “Gosuslugi”. It receives important messages and letters for password recovery. <...> Protect your account: replace the mail @gmail.com to any other", - stated in the notice.

As an alternative option, the portal offers a mailbox @xmail.ru, which has been integrated with ‘Gosuslugi’.

It is explained that such measures are taken in connection with the recent decision of Google to restrict the creation of new accounts by Russian users. SMS notifications may stop coming for previously registered accounts as well.

Earlier it became known that more than 200 thousand Russians moved their e-mail from the service Gmail to Xmail.
